MasterChef Luis E. Zouain was born in the Dominican Republic, and considers food to be an international language without barriers. He has cooked and eaten his way through the world, and there's a reason we get along so well - we are always hungry: for the next experience, as well as the next meal. 

  • 1st Course:

"Fake Steak Tartare"

Heirloom Tomato, Roasted Tomato Chutney, Shallots, Capers, Grainy Mustard, Chives, Pickles, Carrot & Black Cardamom creamy "yolk", Fried Sorrel leaves.

  • 2nd Course:

Chaat Masala Ceviche

 Hamachi Sashimi, Thai Leche de Tigre, Toasted Coriander, Fried Shallots and Curry leaves, Pepper Fry Tostones.

  • 3rd Course:

Vindaloo Pork Belly.

8 Hours Roasted Smoked Pork, Vindaloo Marinated, Crispy Spiced Wild Rice, Cilantro & Mint Gremolata.

  • 4th Course:

Braised Pepper Fry Short Rib

Short Rib,  Coconut Chutney & Yukon Cream, Curry Leaf Aioli, Rainbow Greens.

  • 5th Course:

Dominican & Indian Majarete

Creamy Corn Pudding with Cardamom, Jaggery, Cinnamon.
