This is Chef Saif Rahman cooking the foods of his childhood. Awarded Chef of the Year from the North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association in 2021, he has honed his craft in Michelin starred kitchens. 

For the first time, Chef Saif will be offering the food of his homeland, Bangladesh, with his signature flair and bold flavors. Only 50 tickets available.
